My Inspiration

 


Welcome back to my blog!

So this should come as no surprise as I've name-dropped them several times already, but PC Gamer is the main inspiration behind my magazine. Founded in 1993 in the United Kingdom, the magazine has several regional editions and mainly features industry news, game previews, reviews, as well as more niche topics such as hardware, mods, classic games, and indie games.

 

The magazine is almost exclusively dedicated to PC games, and as I own a PC (Personal Computer) it would be my obvious go-to for a magazine related to video games. The magazine has had constant monthly publications since 1993.

 

When I made my blog post about my house style I used the style of PC Gamer as a sample, because I like the way that their magazine is structured -- it looks like a magazine should, and that is something that I intend to make sure my final magazine has.
