Preliminary Task #6 - Reflection

So, this will be the final portion of the preliminary task, the reflection on my work. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, these are both my cover and content pages that I created for this task.


 

Now to reflect on them. I am very satisfied with my cover page. I believe that it was done very well and shows that I am more than capable of creating a very good magazine cover. However my major qualms come with my table of contents. I believe that it's very bland. It has a very bland white background and only 3 images to show any colors in the table of contents. This needs to change. Though I understand that the white background matches that of the cover, I think there could be more color maybe in the underlining of the headings or the font. 

I think the 3 picture content page is a good formula, and I'll likely apply it to my final magazine, however the color scheme needs to change. This will very likely change as I don't plan for my final magazine to have a white background, and it should have a more vibrant cast of colors.
