Table of Contents Page
Welcome back to my blog!
Today we're going to be going over what belongs in the table of contents page of a magazine, as well as giving some examples of the contents section of other magazines. So, what is a table of contents?
The table of contents, or just the content page for short is used to organize the material within a magazine and provide a tool that the reader can use to remember both articles of interest, as well as navigate to certain articles seamlessly. Most of the time, the contents page has an image related to the topic and is split into columns for easy reading. The articles are named and given their respective numbers in spots where the reader can easily discern where to go, and sometimes quick descriptions are provided below the article title.

As we can see with the two examples provided, the one to the left showcases what I was talking about perfectly. There is a picture of a woman, which likely relates to the topic of the magazine, accompanied with titles, numbers, and descriptions on the right. The magazine to the right however is a little more bland, as it lacks a color scheme and has a rigid contents page that looks like something out of a textbook. This is just my opinion however! It still has many of the same aspects of the other magazines content's page save for the image.
Goodbye, and see you soon with another update!
